At the core of her work is connection to ourselves, each other and wild nature. Dynamic Equilibrium specialises in holistic health for people and planet.
What will we be exploring with Jo?
Self-care tree.
A crafty session with a take home artefact. We will make a self care tree that will be your personal 'medicine' picture. We will experience gratitude for the abundance in our lives and harvest the self care activities we do. It will act as a reminder for wonderful ways to nurture yourself (and your families) in a crisis and everyday.
Energy Medicine balance.
This empowering process helps us to release stress and energise our intentions.
Our innate intelligence knows what we need for healing. We will learn muscle checking and powerful energy medicine techniques and tap into our collective wisdom.
Rewildling ourselves
This session will deepen our connection to the natural world and help us remember we are part of it. This will include foraging at the time of greatest abundance which naturally helps nourish our bodies ready for the winter. It will also include meditative walking and exercises using our different senses. Maybe include walking barefoot. These are all things to do in your own gardens.
Raya
Weaving together an inspired combination of embodied movement practices, healing modalities and sacred ceremonial ritual, Raya hold spaces with a loving, caring and down to earth approach that offers women the space to navigate in a way that feels truly in alignment with their soul, so that may harness their inner alchemy and embody their sovereign selves.
What will we be exploring with Raya?
Sacred Yoni Steaming
Yoni Steaming connects the body with the wisdom of subtle plant medicine to heal, clear the womb, pelvic bowl and sexual organs on a physical and energetic level. By sitting over a bowl of steam and inviting the qualities of the herbs to be absorbed into the vulva and vagina the whole of the pelvic area is filled with nourishment and heat, creating warm and circulation and for stagnant energy to move. It is an empowering self care practice that invites women to fully drop into the realm of their inner sanctum and offer her exactly what she needs - warmth to unravel and unwind. The time and space to relax and release and surrender. The very act of allowing the whole yoni to relax and soften is radical healing in itself. In this ceremony, you will be supported to draw upon your innate power and wisdom to create harmony and balance from within, sink deeper towards your inner resources and enhance your capacity for sumptuous and attentive self love.
Ceremony & Ritual
When women take part in a yoni steam in a held, ceremonial space as a collective of sisters, a deep communion takes place. They anchor into the lineage of this ancient practice, directly communicate with nature and the feminine web as well as honouring themselves powerfully. This ceremony has been lovingly crafted to gift your body, mind and soul the opportunity to drop into the space. Weaving together a delicious blend of womb self care practices to awaken and warm up to the process:
~ Womb/Heart Connection, Breathwork & Meditation
~ Sister Sharing Circle
~ Self-guided Womb Massage with the delicious Ritual Oils Blue Lotus & Moringa
~ Gentle intuitive movement with inspiration from Well Woman Yoga & Kundalini Dance
~ Foraging for medicinal herbs in the garden that aid women’s wellness, alongside Raya’s own blend of herbs specifically for yoni steaming
As a group, you will be guided and held through a journey to align with your wombs’ wisdom, tap into your innate healing capacity, energetically clear and release whatever needs to move through.

Clare Rodea Ryan
Your host, guide, and a women’s wellness mentor, Clare’s interest is in helping women raise their consciousness and awareness of who they truly are and what they are capable of manifesting into their lives as an empowered women; a Queen, Enchantress, Heroine, and Goddess of their life. Her method is varied and comes from her own experience and journey of finding a connection with her truth, desires, and inner wisdom through; yoga, meditation, relaxation, women’s wisdom teachings, sacred circle time, and sharing stories, and this is exactly what she wants to share with you. Her vision is to inspire authenticity, honouring the feminine, standing in ones power, building strong foundations of self-trust, self-validation, and self-love so that you can shine your light, share your unique gifts with the world, and inspire others to do the same.
What will we be exploring with Clare?
Healing; Self- Love & Pleasure
Clare will be guiding you through a delicate and inspiring journey of the yoni- a women’s sacred inner temple. There is no nudity or touch. It is an invitation to join in Sister circle to share in discussion, teachings on yoni reflexology, self-massage for healing, yoni-healing tools and practices. We will also explore how pleasure and sensuality can increase our connection with ourselves and our roots. We will learn about the art of manifestation through self-pleasure. We can also discuss ways of exploring pleasure within relationships and others.
Re-connecting to our root
In the Western world women are often very disconnected from their yoni’s, Clare’s wish is to allow women a safe sacred space and place to begin to unravel this disconnect from their root place, the yoni, and inspire curiosity, and a greater connection to the root of their womanhood. The Indian tradition, the Yoni is the divine passage, or the source of life. The Yoni is both uterus and vagina. It transcends the anatomical because it is also a temple where the divine female essence can be honored. The Yoni is both magical and erotic, a space of wisdom, creation and healing.
