One-to-One Sessions
At point of booking
At the time you book your session, I ask you to pay the price in full to confirm your booking and to have payment cleared by the start of your session. In the event this is not possible for you, let me know and I can adjust it to a 50% deposit on request.
If you need to cancel after you have paid your deposit or in full, the following terms apply
Session Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking your session, I ask you to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. By making this deposit or payment in full you agree to these cancellation terms.
If you need to cancel the session after the deposit is paid, the following cancellation terms apply:
7 days or more in advance - full session refund
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise 50% of the cost is payable.
Less than 24 hours notice including a no-show, and the full cost of the treatment/session is payable.
In the event you are menstruating on the day or your treatment (womb massage or yoni steam), or you have recently had surgery, medical or IVF related treatment, we can work very gently, and mostly energetically.
Packages
You have 12 months from the purchase of your package to complete your series of sessions.
They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-extendable once purchased.
I am unable to refund part of any package as it is priced in a way that creates a significant discount per each session for your convenience.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
When booking in for a workshop, you’ll pay in full unless you have requested a payment plan or have been approved a discount. By purchasing a ticket to an event, you indicate that you are agreeing to these cancellation terms.
If you have any questions about this policy, please inquire before making your deposit or payment.
In the first instance, I ask that you try to find someone to have your ticket, either by:
Gifting to a friend
Selling it on to a friend / family member / someone within your network (for actual price only) and sending an email with explanation and them cc’d to Raya on raya@womb.love.
Paying it forward - you absorb the cost of the ticket (do not get a refund) and I will offer it out to my community as a free/subsided place.
If none of these options work for you, and it is more than 48 hours before the event, I can:
refund your payment minus a 10% fee for admin and payment fees.
Transfer your place towards another event
If it is within 48 hours of the event taking place and I am unable to fill the space made available by you, I cannot guarantee the refund or transfer.
