DELIVERY INFORMATION

POSTAL & DELIVERY SERVICES

All deliveries are fulfilled by the Post Office Ltd (for smaller items) and DPD International Parcel Delivery Service (for larger items)

For DPD services, you’ll be sent information on how to track your order and expect delivery with your purchase confirmation email.

IN PERSON COLLECTION

womb.love has an in-person collection option available in the Clapham Junction / South West London area. Please get in touch on raya@womb.love to arrange a time and date for pick up. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

24 HOUR COURTESY REFUND PERIOD

We offer a 24hour courtesy refund period in the event you need to cancel your order. If it is over 24 hours and it has already been dispatched, we will be unable to process your refund. In this event, please refer to the returns policy below.

Refunds can take 14 days to process and will be returned to you via the original form of payment through the website.

Returns

In the event you need to return an item, on the condition that the product is unopened and unused, you may do so within thirty days of the date the order was made. Before returning the products, please submit a request to raya@womb.love with your order number and the reason for your return and we will give you the details. It is your responsibility to cover return delivery costs and  to ensure items are packaged securely to ensure they reach us in a reasonable condition.

Issues with orders

If there is an issue with what you ordered, let us know - email raya@womb.love to discuss at your earliest convenience to submit a refund request. womb.love reserves the right to reject any request for a refund.

Return policy

Non-returnable items:

  • Yoni Steam Thrones - seats and buckets are non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

Returnable Items

  • Unopened packs of yoni steam botanicals

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You may return your item(s) only:

  • If it is within 30 days since making a purchase.

  • If it unused, in the same condition and in the original condition that you received it, all labels must be affixed and be unopened with all seals intact.

  • You have received the wrong item from us

  • If you have received the wrong item, we will arrange collection and cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

DAMAGED GOODS 

If you receive a faulty item from us, please let us know within three days of receipt, with photography so we can understand clearly what the issue is and make an informed decision about the next steps.

LOST AND STOLEN

Unfortunately, we are  not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen whilst in transit to you. We will do our best to liaise with the delivery company and will file a claim for a loss from the courier, but there is no guarantee that it will be resolved.

REFUND PROCESS

Please include the following in your enquiry:

  • Order number

  • Item

  • Request

REFUND PROCEDURE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at raya@womb.love to request return information

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will forward you the details for return.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S)

To return your product, you please send us an email at raya@womb.love with the information below.

Please ensure your item  is adequately and securely packaged. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable position we will be unable to refund. 

Include on your package:

  1. Full Name

  2. Address

  3. Your order number

  4. The reason for return or exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance. We can’t and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
